Raising money for santas little helpers and the great north air ambulance, this is our second time attending the North Tyne truck run.
What a fantastic bloke kind polite and very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. Car was as diacribed Very competitive prices on sale cars and for trade ins. I highly recommend John I'll be suggesting him to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. Very simple transaction I paid a deposit went the next day with the remaining money in cash went for a test drive chatted filled out the v5 handed over the cash then saId our goodbyes and drove home. Perfect!!!! A++++++

Brilliant customer service ... bought a nice little peugeot from them, they were very friendly in all communications, answered all questions and the car was priced very well. A few days after purchasing the car, there was a small issue, they were very apologetic and offered to send a mobile mechanic the same day or take it to my local mechanic. I got it fixed with my local mechanic and sent them the invoice, it was paid into my account within minutes of the communication along with a courtesy payment for the inconvenience, I was very happy with the service they provided 5 star !!
