How quickly can you collect my car?

Most local collections happen the same day or the next morning. We cover Hexham, Corbridge, Prudhoe, Bellingham, Allendale and the wider Tyne Valley with our own truck and recovery team.

Do you charge for collection?

No. Collection is free across the Tyne Valley and Northumberland. There are no admin fees, no commission, and no payment-processing charges.

What if my car has outstanding finance?

We can still buy it. We settle the finance directly with the lender as part of the deal and pay you the difference. Bring the finance settlement letter on the day.

Will you collect non-runners or MOT failures?

Yes. Non-runners, MOT failures, mechanical wrecks, and seized vehicles are all fine. We have a recovery truck and a workshop, so a stuck vehicle is not a problem.

How quickly do you pay?

Faster bank transfer on the day, before we leave. The money lands in your account within minutes of you handing over the keys.

Are you a national buyer?

No. We are an independent Hexham buyer-reseller, not a portal or a lead-generation site. The figure on screen is what we will pay.
