2. Valuations

Valuations are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise for on-site inspections.

Valuations are based on the details you provide (vehicle condition, mileage, ownership, etc.).

All valuations are provisional until we physically inspect and test the vehicle.

We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a valuation if the condition or details differ from your description.

3. Appointments & Inspections

Appointments are subject to availability and location within our service radius.

We may refuse inspection if the vehicle is unsafe or not as described.

Call-out or inspection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.

4. Offers & Acceptance

All purchase offers are subject to a satisfactory inspection and title verification.

An offer becomes binding only when both parties agree and a purchase invoice is signed or confirmed in writing.

We are not obliged to purchase any vehicle until we have completed our checks and confirmed the transaction.

5. Ownership & Title

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or authorised to sell it on behalf of the legal owner.

You warrant that the vehicle is free from any finance, lien, or third-party interest unless disclosed in writing.

If outstanding finance exists, we may settle the balance directly with the finance company and pay you any surplus.

6. Payment

Payment is typically made by instant bank transfer on completion of sale unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until full verification of ownership and identity has been completed.

Cash payments are available for low-value vehicles, subject to money laundering limits and ID verification.

7. Collection & Delivery

We provide free collection within our advertised service area unless otherwise stated.

Vehicles must be accessible and in a safe condition for loading or removal.

Collection timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Vehicle Condition

You must disclose all known faults, damage, or mechanical issues before sale.

We inspect vehicles visually and mechanically where practical but do not perform a full diagnostic assessment.

Any undisclosed material defect may entitle us to renegotiate or cancel the sale.

9. Right to Cancel or Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any vehicle at our discretion.

We may withdraw from a transaction if information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

You may cancel before collection or sale confirmation without penalty unless an inspection fee has been incurred.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the sale or valuation of a vehicle.

Our total liability shall not exceed the agreed purchase price of the vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury resulting from negligence.

11. Data Protection

We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

12. Website Use

All content on our website is for general information and marketing purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness.

13. Force Majeure
