Will you always beat a WeBuyAnyCar or Motorway quote?
No, and we will not pretend to. On a clean, low-mileage car a national platform with a big retail chain behind it can sometimes go higher. Where we usually win is on the car with a fault, an MOT due, high mileage, finance outstanding, or anything they mark down at inspection. Either way you get a straight answer.
How quickly will you come back to me?
Usually within the hour during working hours, same day otherwise. It is John looking at it, not a queue.
Does it cost anything or tie me in?
No. Sending us the quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you go with the other buyer, no hard feelings.
What if the car has a fault or no MOT?
Send it anyway. Faults, non-runners, MOT failures and write-off markers are a large part of what we buy, and we bring the recovery truck if it does not drive.
Do I have to tell you who quoted me?
No. It helps, because we know roughly how each of them prices and inspects, but the reg and the figure are enough.
Can I still take their offer after you reply?
Yes. Nothing we send you is binding on you. Most online quotes hold for a few days; ours is a written figure you can hold against theirs.
