Yes, we come out. We’ve been to Kielder, Haltwhistle, Consett, Ponteland. The further out you are, the more the logistics cost us - fuel, time, a second person sometimes. That means on a car at the lower end of the value range, the offer might be a collection rather than a payment. We’ll always tell you that upfront.
What we don’t do is quote you one number on the phone and hand you a different one at the door. If we tell you we’re coming, we come. If the numbers don’t work for you, there’s no obligation.

We’re not a call centre. You speak to the same person who turns up. If there’s a problem on the day, we sort it between us.
The paperwork matters more than people think
When a car leaves your drive, your responsibility for it needs to end that day. DVLA notification, transfer of liability, documentation - we handle all of it. It’s one of the things that gets missed when people sell privately or hand a car over without proper process. Parking fines, road tax reminders, insurance queries on a car you no longer own are more common than you’d think.
We do it properly because it protects you.
